When you log into your Cloud account, if you see a Login Attempt Failed message, this article can provide you with steps on what to do next.
How do I prevent the error message from appearing
You must use the same login credentials to log into the RemoteApp RDP session. For example, check the start of the username contains the correct account code:-

πNote: the start of the username needs the correct account code for example: ORC001John.Doe not ORC0001John.Doe

The first time you enter the login credentials into the RDP (Remote Desktop Connection) window, you may have to enter the cloud domain name:

CLOUD\ORC001John.Doe
If you continue to receive the error, reset your Cloud password.
If you don't receive an email notification of the password reset, please click here.
If you are using a desktop shortcut, the connection details may be outdated. Please copy the shortcut from a colleague's PC desktop and paste to your desktop.
