The file is locked by another process in the background. Please ask everybody to log out of FactoryMaster completely. Once this is actioned, log back in and you will be able to print the purchase order.
Error - 'crystal report error has occurred the process cannot access the file'
I cannot print purchase orders due to the following error message:- crystal report error has occurred: the process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\29\FMClient.Fm1234\PO123.pdf' because it is being used by another process
