If you are trying to print purchase orders and are unable to, you may be seeing an error similar to the one below:

Crystal Report error has occurred:

The process cannot access the file

'C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\29\FMClient.Fm1234\PO123.pdf' because it is being used by another process

What causes this error to happen, and how do I fix this?

The file is locked by another process in the background. Please ask everybody to log out of FactoryMaster completely. Once this is actioned, log back in, and you will be able to print the purchase order.
