Please arrange with your IT department to log everybody out of the system and run <a href="https://access-support.force.com/Support/s/article/FactoryMaster-Running-Finalise-Update" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">finalise update</a> to rectify this issue. 

The reports can still be run via a reports menu I've created and I can see the text at the bottom which allows the reports to be updated but the screens are blank with no data shown.
