Contract Review template is pulling through with missing lines

When raising a Quote, the Contract Review is not pulling through in full and there multiple missing lines. This issue is intermittent and does not always occur.

If your Contract Review template has partially been generated against the Quote please do the following:

  1. Click Sales

  2. Click Quote Maintenance

  3. Search for your Quote number

  4. Press F5 to open the Quote

  5. Click More

  6. Click on the 'Contract Review Level' drop down window and select 'Header' and click Yes

  7. Repeat step 6 but now select 'Detail' and click Yes

  8. The Contract Review template has now been correctly reloaded onto the Quote.
