To view Call Off Amendment Notes please do the following:

1. Click Sales
2. Click Sales Order Menu
3. Click Sales Order Maintenance
4. Search for your Sales Order
5. Press F5 on the Order Quantity 
6. Click Log Amendment
7. Click View History

You will now be able to view your Amendment notes

I have made an note on a call off amendment but i can no longer find it, where can i see these notes?
