Clear all the Client Loader sessions in task manager by completing the following steps:
Right-click the Windows taskbar at the bottom of the PC desktop and select Task Manager
Select all the sessions that display ClientLoader (32 bit) under the Processes tab
Click End Task
Run ClientSetup.exe
If the above does not work, this is a local environmental issue and liaise with your IT department. For example, replugging the network RJ45 cable into the back of the PC resolved the issue.
