This is working as designed. The 'Bought In' section is for the costs involved in making a manufacturing part (the costs of components on the BOM to make the top level part)
For a BI part on a Purchase Order the value will go into the 'Other costs'
Standard Cost BI costs going into Other section
For BI parts the standard cost has now gone into the "Other" section rather than the "Bought In" part
