This is a local environmental issue. Reinstall Adobe Reader from the server or PC client. If you are on the 12 series of FactoryMaster, upgrade to the 20 series.

If the issue continues to occur, please ask your IT department/ third party IT to check the SQL server FMAST service for which account it is logged in with. If it's NT service\MSSQL$FMAST, check that account has full permissions
Unable to open PDF document after saving the file
I am trying to open my PDFs within the attached folder in my Delivery Note however it does not do anything. Our IT have checked the permissions of the user and they have read and write access, what could be causing this?
