The databases have been migrated to a new server but Access Connect has not been removed from the old server and installed on the new server. If Access Connect is on the correct server and there is a valid Data Loader connection (from Data Engine), please complete the following steps:-
Unplan all the works orders from Orchestrate
import into FactoryMaster (FM)
Re-plan all the orders and tasks on the plan
import back to FM
Now it's showing everything from the WorkList. It is likely the start and end dates were out of synch.
