How to amend Error Quantity column when using auto issue

Trying to change the quantity of Raw Materials (RM) to issue on an historic works order as it was vastly over allocating the RM quantities.

I fixed this in the works order however on the auto error issue screen it is still showing the old values.

The auto issue error screen needs to show the correct weights to issue.

Book in some more raw material to counteract the error quantities with zero costing values. Please complete the following steps:

  1. Select Production

  2. Select Works Order Enquiry

  3. Hit enter and select relevant works order

  4. Click Book In Works Order

  5. Enter figure in Quantity Into Stock

  6. click OK

  7. Leave cost material as Β£0.00 from the Goods Received window

  8. Enter sub batch no and location

  9. Click OK

If you are not using Raw Materials within your assembly, please check that the Quantity Required has not been amended. It is possible for the Auto Issues to show an error quantity such as -10 if the order was raised with a requirement of 40 parts but was reduced to 30.

You can check the audit to see when the quantities were amended by pressing Ctrl + A on the components screen.
