Supplier Delivery Performance report not accurate

The FM Supplier Delivery report is report one hundred percent On-Time but when set to 0 Days late, this report shouldn't be 100%.

There are no late receipts and the charge lines are included in the calculation because it is an item due in the month that was also received in that month. It doesn't matter that they are delivery charges. There is no option to exclude delivery charges from the calculations.

For example, using the promise date or date received from the Supplier Delivery Performance report, three different customer accounts have records where negative stock has been delivered and yet the report is showing 100% received on time. Require copy of DVR Ltd database so I can raise a ticket with the development team.

There is a message that says deliveries are classed as being 'on time' even if they are up to 1 days early and 7 days late (for the Received On Time column).
