There is a control flag to add default delivery charges for purchase orders, by using stock types, but unfortunately there isn't currently a control flag to add default delivery charges to a supplier account.
A customer has raised this as a idea on the FactoryMaster Ideas Portal. Please vote for this idea and our Product and Development team will assess this idea for future implementations of Factory Master.
Add a default delivery charge on Supplier Account
User would like to know if there is a way of adding a set carriage charge for each order from the particular supplier. So when they create a new order from particular supplier the charge is automatically added.
