Restricting a users access to the Play system

I need to restrict a users access to the Play system, how can i do this?

The Live system and the Play system are two different instances of FactoryMaster and use two different data sets, therefore it is okay to remove the user from the Play system without it affecting the Live.

To delete a user from the Play system:

  1. Click Options then click User Access.

  2. Locate the user you wish to delete.

  3. Press F3 to delete the user then click Yes.
