Unable to allocate stock due to an existing picklist on the call off

I am trying to allocate stock to a call off, however i can not as it believes that a picklist exists for the call off.

This issue can be caused when a picklist is created for a call off which has been deleted or cancelled.
If you are unable to allocate stock to an existing picklist of a call off, please press F8 on the Sales Order to refresh the values. Please complete the following steps:-

  1. Click Sales

  2. Click Sales Order Menu

  3. Click Sales Order Maintenance

  4. Search for your Sales Order Number and press F8 to refresh the order.
