If the customer has purchased Crystal Reports from Access and we have provided them with a licence code, raise a ticket with hosting detailing there request. We now have a few customers with this setup for them.
If they have not purchased Crystal Reports from us I believe that this may not be possible. I would check with Hosting just to confirm.
Adding Crystal Reports to the Hosting Application Launcher
We would like to run Crystal Reports from the Hosting Launcher which is where we currently download the RDP shortcut for FactoryMaster. We would like it to all be in one place.
