SC21 customer delivery metrics do not update from the window

We would like to use the settings set in the control file to 30 days early and 2 days late, however these do not seem to have an effect on the SC21 Screen

Please click the preview button to see the relevant information via the following steps:-

  1. Click Sales, Customer Maintenance, Deliveries

  2. Press Ctrl + M keys to enter modify mode

  3. Select the Monitor Performance check box and click View Statistics

  4. Click SC21 Customer Delivery Metrics

  5. Select the relevant customer and click Preview.
