In order to fix this issue, please restart the SQL Server FactoryMaster Service on the SQL server

Error - 'Cannot update - Cached files are in use...'
We have installed Factory Master onto a new laptop. After the initializing phase, we cannot log in because the following message is displayed 'Cannot update - Cached files are in use...' error. It is also asking to clear cache files and remove users.
