According to HMRC guidelines Staged Payments only need to show the value and the NoTC18 number on the supplementary declaration. If you are submitting electronically then the commodity code will also need to be included.
Upgrade the the latest version of FactoryMaster to have the commodity code included in the electronic submission.
EC Intrastat report showing stage payments for goods not dispatched
When I run the EC instrastat report for sales it includes invoices for stage payments where goods have not been shipped yet. It should not include these.
