Currently there is no way to stop/limit sending the invoices more than once. A warning message that tells you that you are about to re-send another batch will appear before exporting.
You can log the idea on the ideas portal for the feature to be voted for.
Are we able to setup FactoryMaster to send invoices to Dimensions once only.
When exporting invoices to Dimensions, is it possible to prevent the system exporting an invoice for a second time if it has already been exported?
