How to put a Works Order on hold

To put a Works Order on hold, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select Production.

  2. Select Works Order Enquiry.

  3. Search for the Works Order Number in Quickbar.

  4. Press F5 in On Hold.

  5. Press F5 again in On Hold Flag box.

  6. Select suitable hold flag by pressing Enter.

How to put a customer on hold


To put the Customer on hold, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Sales.

  2. Click Customer Maintenance.

  3. Search for your customer.

  4. Within the Address tab, enter modify mode by pressing Ctrl + M.

  5. Click on the Status drop down menu and select On Hold.
