A Stock valuation report will show the value of the stock by batch. It will show you the average unit cost of specific batches or will show you the standard costs depending on the specific criteria you choose when you run the report.
To run the Stock Valuation report follow these steps:
select stock
Select Stocked Parts Menu
Select stock reports menu
select stock valuation report
You can choose to run the report for all stock in the system, or you can narrow the report down by certain criteria. These are 'Last Used Date', 'Part Numbers', 'Product Groups' and 'Locations'
You can select further options such as Cost types, Summarise by order and you also have the option to include extra detail on the report.
You can either Export the file or Print it using the buttons at the bottom.
