If FactoryMaster stays minimised after opening the application, it is very possible that it is opening on a different monitor or screen. This can happen if you have reduced the amount of monitors you are using. For example if you previously worked with three monitors but now you have two, FactoryMaster might be trying to open on the third monitor if that is where it was last opened.
To bring FactoryMaster back onto one of your available monitors please do the following:
Click on the FactoryMaster application in the taskbar
Press ALT + SPACE, this will open a window with various window options. Click Maximise
You can also press SHIFT + WINDOWS KEY + Arrow Keys to move the application window from monitor to monitor
