If you are unable to print your Route Cards it is likely that the Works Order is Historic or the status has the option disabled. If the Works Order is historic then this button will always be greyed out. To check the status please do the following:

Click Production
Click Works Order Enquiry
Search for your Works Order
Press F5 in the 'Status' column
Press F5 again to open the list of Statuses
You will see that there is a column for 'Print Route Card' with the option of Yes or No. Set this to Yes on the selected Status
Click Select
You will now be able to Print Your Route cards as expected.

If an MA part has been replaced within the assembly for the top level part after the Works Order has been created the route for the sub-works order will need to be manually update or re-created.
