Please check if the email settings have been amended to a valid email server.

In the hosting environment, the SMTP service has to be used. Outlook email is not supported in the hosting environment. The following control flag would need to be changed to 'generic':-

General System Settings
Control File
search for EMAIL_TYPE - Set this to 'Generic'.
The email option appears when the email settings are entered and valid. But if it was set to Outlook email then FM needs Outlook installed locally (ie on the hosted environment) in order for it to work, and generally we don't provide Outlook and so needs to be switched over to use SMTP by amending EMAIL_TYPE control flag.
