If your FactoryMaster is failing to print all reports, saying that it cannot connect to the reporting services:
Note: All users will need to be out of FactoryMaster before doing the following. If you do not do this then this could result in work being lost.
Log on to your server
Click the start menu and search for Services
Scroll down until you find and select the SQL SERVER (<YOURFACTORYMASTERINSTANCENAME>)
Click Stop this service
Click Start this service
Select the service called SQL REPORTING SERVICES (<YOURFACTORYMASTERINSTANCENAME>)
Click Stop this service
Click Start this service
If this does not work, Support will need to run some checks on the server. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of a report you are wanting to run.
