To carry over the holidays please complete the following steps:
Go to the Employee menu.
Click on the Time & Attendance Menu.
Select the Time & Attendance Options Menu.
Click on Define Entitlement Years.
Click View on the correct Entitlement Year.
The screen will appear with the employee and the balance remaining from the previous year.
Click the Carry Over Holidays button.
Press Ctrl+M to modify, this will bring the Carry Over option
Click carry over to the employee in question and a box will appear with the number of holidays users would like to carry over. It will come up with a warning to show the holidays are being carried over.
If a mistake is made just click carry over again and it will give the option to return them.
