The Operation efficiency report indicates the actual time an employee has been working on a order. So if two employees have been working on the same works order, the times will be split.
The Works Order Efficiency report does not take into consideration the Set Time and labour resources, but the Operation Efficiency report does. This is why their are slight differences in the planned times.
