Exchange rates not synchronising

The exchange rates that are updated in Dimensions are transferring across to Factory Master and not reflecting the same rates. I have checked the integration broker tick boxes and both are ticked ( for the transfer of the rates every 60 minutes).

The automatic synchronisation may have stopped working, but you can manually run the synchronisation via the following steps:-

  1. Select the General tab

  2. Choose Dimensions Integration Menu

  3. Pick Synchronise with Dimensions

  4. Find the row 'Exchange Rates' and click Sync Now

The broker is probably running fine but there is a very long check period (60 mins).

If the issue continues to occur, you can try running a manual check by remove the 'sync on broker' flag and then going to the sync menu, and sync exchange rates. If the exchange rates are different then FM will be updated with the values loaded from DIMs. It's likely that the next sync date & time was already written and so it would not run the sync until that date / time was reached. Even if the delay is changed the next check time is still written and the next check time would only come into effect after the next check had occurred.

Removing it from the broker and then running the sync manually would at least run the sync right away and you can check the results.
