Packaging weight of a part not appearing in delivery note calculated weight

I have set up a part in stocked parts to use packaging but the weight of the packaging part is not pulling through to the delivery note's calculated weight field.

In order to have the calculated weight of the packaging pull through to the delivery note, the packaging will have to actually pull through to the note. To do this do the following

  1. Click Options then click System Maintenance.

  2. Click System Settings.

  3. Click GENERAL System Settings then click Control File.

  4. Search for SO_PACKAGING. Set this to Yes.

  5. Search for DESPATCH_PACKAGING_SCREEN. Set this to your desired setting. We recommend 'If Packaging found'.

  6. Now, when creating a delivery note it will prompt you to include Packaging. This will now appear on your delivery note and subsequently will be included in the calculated weight.
