Not all parts are being exported from MRP into a CSV file

The MA and BI parts that I have ‘exported’ into an excel sheet were missing certain parts, however when printed as ‘preview’ into a PDF document these parts were there. The application is missing off part numbers when I export the file to Excel.

Please check the parameters before clicking export from the MRP window:-

  1. Select Production

  2. Material Requirements

  3. Select the relevant MRP run and click Print

  4. At the bottom of this MRP window, select the option adjacent to the field: 'only include items which'.You will then see a drop down list with the following options:-

  • have negative c/f figures

  • have requirements

  • have requirements and insufficient stock

  • have excess production


5. Select the relevant option from the list above and click Export.
