Works Orders automatically moving to an On-Hold status when a Internal Reject is raised

When an Internal Reject is raised against a Works Order, it is automatically moved to an On-Hold status.

If your Works Orders are automatically moving to an On-Hold status when an Internal Reject is raised, please check the following:

  1. Click Production

  2. Click Works Order Enquiry and search for all Works Orders

  3. Press F5 on the 'Hold' column

  4. Press F5 again on the 'On Hold Flag' field

  5. There will be a flag with the 'Internal Reject' tick box applied. If you wish to stop Works Orders automatically being moved to an On Hold status un-tick this box
