Not all the Representative codes upload when using the Customer Records Print Transaction Structure. Instead use the Customer Addresses Print Transaction Structure (FM-CUSAD). Please complete the following steps to upload Representative Codes for all customers:
Click General, Transaction Broker, Print Transaction Structures
Expand Sales
Select Customer Addresses
The Representative Code needs to go into Column R and not Column S in the CSV file.
