Due to this being a chargeable modification that was specifically designed at the request of a customer we would not be able to make changes to it on a general level.
What you will need to do is create the charge on the proforma and then put the same charge on the Sales Order/the invoice.
Proforma charges not pulling through to invoice
When we add a charge to the proforma this charge does not pull through when the order is invoiced.
