Reverse booked stock to original works order

A product has been booked into stock by accident but is not yet complete is there a way to remove these items from stock and back to the original Works order?

If the Works Order is still in pending, please complete the following steps. If the WO is historic then start at point 6:

  1. Select Production

  2. Then Works Order Enquiry

  3. Hit enter and select the relevant works order

  4. Press F3 and set Qty Into Stock to 0

  5. Tick make this works order historic

  6. Select the historic tab and select the same works order and press F3 again. The following message appears: The works order has been returned to pending. Do you want to return any stock to WIP on this works order?

  7. Select yes.
