Lost option to create delivery note when allocating stock

Following an upgrade we now are only asked if we want to Raise a Picklist with a choice of Yes or No. Why have we lost the delivery note option

Set the control flag Default_To_Picklists to yes via the following steps:

  1. Click Options, System Maintenance, System Settings, General System Settings

  2. Click Control File

  3. Enter Default_To_Picklists in the Control Item field

  4. Press Ctrl + M to modify

  5. Change value to Yes.

Then, amend the user access permissions as follows:

  1. Select Options

  2. Select User access

  3. Select relevant user and press F5 to zoom in

  4. Click View access

  5. Select Sales tab

  6. Make sure the check boxes create, modify, delete and access for Delivery Notes are all selected

  7. Click OK
