In order to perform a manual backup please follow the below steps:
Right-Click the FactoryMaster icon and select Open file location.
Go back two directories which should take you to the FMAST folder
Open ClientSetup
Open Other
Run the 'SQLUtils' application.
Select 'Backup' and click Go
