When we are trying to open an attached image on a drawing we are receiving the following error:
The Document Could Not Be Opened
Please check that:
1. The document still exists and is not opened by another user
2. The file association in your operating system is correct
3. You are NOT running Windows compatibility mode on a XP machine
If you are receiving this error please ask your IT to check your Anti-Virus and the quarantine section for a DrawUSERNAME.bat file.
If your Anti-Virus has detected this file as a virus and quarantined it the Drawing file can not be opened. Please ask your IT to add exceptions for this file.
