If a new customer record is not syncing with Financials through Datahub but other customers are syncing without issue, there is likely a data error on that customer's record. You can use the Datahub Messages screen in Financials to find the detailed error and correct it in FactoryMaster.

Find the error in Datahub Messages

To identify why the customer record is not syncing, check the Datahub Messages screen in Financials.

  1. Go to Financials in Access Evo.

  2. Click System.

  3. Click Utilities.

  4. Click Datahub Messages.

  5. Click Search on the filter to display all error messages for data coming from FactoryMaster into Financials through Datahub.

  6. Find the date when the customer record was created or last changed.

  7. In the Record Type column, click the speech bubble icon next to the relevant record to view a detailed error message. This will show the customer's name and account code, along with the reason the record could not be synced.

📌Note: The speech bubble icon appears in the Record Type column. Click it to expand the full error detail for that record.

Correct the record in FactoryMaster

Once you have identified the error, make the necessary corrections to the customer record in FactoryMaster. Once the data is correct, it will sync automatically with Financials through Datahub.
