A new Customer record is not syncing with Financials through Datahub

I have a new customer who will not sync with Financials through Datahub, other customers are syncing OK without any issues.

If you are experiencing this issue please do the following:

  1. Go to Financials in Access Evo

  2. Click System

  3. Click Utilities

  4. Click Datahub Messages

  5. Click Search on the filter

  6. Here you will see a list of all error message regarding data coming from FactoryMaster into Financials through Datahub

  7. Find the date when the customer was created or the change was made. In the 'Record Type' column click on the Speech Bubble icon to be provided with a detailed error message. Here it will detail the customers name/account code along with the reason it could not be synced.

  8. Make the corrections in FactoryMaster and the data will sync with Financials as long as it is correct.
