Please complete the following steps:
select quality
select supplier quality menu
select performance statistics menu
select SC21 supplier quality metrics
click Graph
If no bars generate on the graph, please complete the following steps:
Select Purchase
Select supplier maintenance
Select a relevant supplier and hit enter
Select the Details / Quality tab and pressed Ctrl + M to modify.
Tick Monitor Performance checkbox and click Statistics
Now when we launched the graph from SC21 Supplier Quality Metrics, there are bar charts representing quantity accepted and rejected.
