The relevant user's Windows will not have the right permissions to delete the folders/cache.
After running ClientSetup to install FactoryMaster, please reboot the relevant PC.
If the issue still occurs, press OK to delete the live folder. The wizard deletes a local copy of this folder and reinstates it.
As a workaround, please run FactoryMaster in Admin mode.
