If this message is being displayed when trying to connect to the Remote App there are some things to checks first.
1. Please ensure the URL for the Remote App is correct
2. Please ensure there are no network issues on site
If there are no issues with the above, please raise a new support case on the Customer Support Portal and reference the title of this article.
