How to enter a works order number in the Permit Log Window

To enter a works order number, please follow the steps below:

  1. Select Quality

  2. Customer quality menu

  3. Production permits

  4. Press F4 and enter the part number, customer group and customer code

  5. Click OK

  6. Select the Permit Expiry Type

  7. Click Submit To Customer

  8. Click Record Decision

  9. Enter approval code and approval number

  10. Click OK

The production permit is now in active status, and the works order can be added
