How to allow employees to log on to multiple jobs in Data Capture

We want to allow users to log on to multiple jobs in Data Capture. What setting will allow this?

In order to allow employees to log on to multiple jobs in Data Capture, you should follow these steps:

  1. Click Options

  2. Click System Maintenance

  3. Click System Settings

  4. Click General System Settings

  5. Click Control File

  6. In the Quickbar, under 'Control Item', search for MULTIPLE_BOOKING

  7. Set the Control Flag to 'Yes'

Once this is done, employees will be able to log on to multiple jobs in Data Capture.
