Overview
If you are looking to change the inspection level of a Raw Material batch after it was received into the system, unfortunately, it's not possible to change the inspection level of a Raw Material batch after it was received in the system.
When can the inspection level be changed?
The inspection level for Raw Material batches can only be set when raising the receipt, or it can be set for the preferred supplier by following these steps:
Go to Stock.
Select Raw Material Menu.
Click on Raw Material Enquiry.
Go to the Pricing tab.
Press F5 into the Pref Supplier column.
Set the preferred supplier by choosing its code.
Choose the inspection level under the Quality Details.
After setting the inspection level of the preferred supplier, all the Raw Materials batches ordered from that particular supplier will automatically have that inspection level.
