Overview
When launching the application or when trying to update live local runtime files, the following message is generated:
Folder access denied.
You'll need to provide administrator permission to delete this folder.
This article can give you some advice on what to do next.
What causes this error to occur?
The files it is trying to delete are FactoryMaster (FM) files for its own administration; this is working as designed.
The client PC holds files locally to help FM run faster; sometimes it refreshes those files from the server, so it deletes the existing ones and copies them again.
What to do next
Ask your IT colleagues to enter the Windows admin login credentials, and the files will be deleted and refreshed. FactoryMaster will launch successfully.
