Please include the upgrade log which is written during the upgrade to help diagnose these types of issues. The log files are on the server root directory:- C:\FactoryMaster\FMASTXX\Customer\SQLUtilsLogs

Error on Upgrade: The database conversion process has failed. The system will not be able to function until the issue has been resolved or the system has been restored from a backup. Please contact support. The system will now exit.
