If you are seeing an error message similar to below when launching the FactoryMaster application:

Protection Dongle Error 67 - Number of Network Users Exceeded
This article can tell you what causes this message, and what to do to help resolve it.
What does this error mean?
The licence is recording that there are too many network users. i.e. the number of simultaneous network users has exceeded the limit specified in the DinkeyNet dongle.
This is to do with the Magic Licence and a connection that is held open on a terminal somewhere.
What to do next
Reboot the server and, if that does not work, reboot all the PCs.
There is a console app you can run to find the current users:
cd <FM Install>\Live\XPA\
mgstations MGCSRT <FM Install>\Customer\License2.dat
