This issue is caused by a Customer Address having a line with too many characters.
The error message that appears is being relayed from Dimensions and is warning the user that the address line is to long and the record can not be created.
Please check the Addresses for the Customer Account and amend/reduce characters on any lines where possible.

When trying to synchronise a Customer Record with Dimensions we are receiving the following error: "String or Binary data would be truncated. Unable to insert into table SL_ADDRESSES"
